BOOKING GUIDELINES & COVID SAFE REGULATIONS
Beachlander Holiday Apartments has made a decision to re-open under strict COVID19 Guidelines as we are now a COVIDSAFE Business with the NSW Government.
Please Note:
Beachlander Holiday Apartments will not be accepting any Guests from Overseas at present. Also if you are from the following areas currently we will not be able to accept your booking as the Health and Safety of our Guests and Staff is our Priority.
These Areas include:
Victoria, South West Sydney, Moss Vale and any Postcode that Beachlander Holiday Apartments deem unsafe.
Beachlander Holiday Apartments’ decision will be final. All Bookings will be screened heavily to comply with COVID19 Rules and Guidelines.
Upon Check-In you will be asked the following questions and your temperature will be checked along with your details being logged at reception under the current COVIDSAFE Guidelines.
If you refuse to answer these questions or have a Temperature Check your booking will be cancelled on the spot without a refund.
Please Note:
Due to COVID19 Guidelines, ONLY GUESTS Staying at our Property will be able to stay here. Visitors from other Properties will not be allowed to use the facilities or Visit without contacting reception. We are sorry for Any Inconvenience but the Health and Safety of our Staff is Important along with our Guests and All Aspects of our Business.
Please be very careful about your booking if you are travelling from these areas as a Refund or Transfer/Credit will not always be guaranteed.
If you make a booking through booking.com all bookings are NON REFUNDABLE as stated before making your booking.
If you have made a booking with us and cannot travel we will be issuing you with a Transfer or Credit to use within 12 months from the date of your original booking NO FULL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED unless the booking is inside Beachlander Holiday Apartments normal Terms and Conditions in which case these will come into effect.
If you wish to Cancel your booking normal Beachlander Cancellation Policies will apply.
